As usual, this Assembly is attended not only by wheat millers entrepreneurs and manufacturers of supplementary services but it is also attended by technicians and scientists of the food industry, international trade experts, technology producers, agro-industry policymakers and managers and, in general, all those who are involved in this important food sector.
